Steffen Schaefer is Head of Future Cities and Mobility at AFRY Management Consulting. He started working on Electric Vehicle charging with German car companies, charge point operators, and software companies more than 10 years ago. With his team at AFRY he is working at the intersection of energy, mobility, and automotive sector – helping charge point operators and investors with market projections, strategies, and transactions. As a passionate EV driver for many years, he knows charging infrastructure from the user perspective, but also the processes, business models and business cases behind it.
