Kalliopi Papadaki is an Architect Engineer, graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a postgraduate degree in “Architecture – Spatial Planning” from the National Technical University of Athens, specializing in Urban Planning. She is a PhD candidate at NTUA’s School of Surveying Engineering – Geoinformatics, focusing on large-scale urban regeneration.
She has over 20 years of professional experience, having worked as a freelance architect, participated in competitions, and collaborated with major firms in Greece and abroad. Since 2009, she has served at the Ministry of Environment and Energy, and since 2015 as a special associate of its political leadership. She is currently Head of the Department of Renovation and Rehabilitation of Technical Works and Buildings and an associate of the Secretary General of Spatial Planning and Urban Environment.
She represents the Ministry in European and national committees and programs. She is a member of the EU BIM Working Group, National Coordinator of EMW, NRC for COM in the EEA–EIONET, and teaches at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government. Her expertise focuses on urban planning, sustainable development, urban regeneration, and digital transformation.
