I focus on production innovations and operational improvements that enable clients to harness the benefits of digital disruption.

Beyond this, I advise executives on strategy and lead teams in conducting rapid diagnostics, identifying sources of value, and tailoring delivery options, from initial proof-of-concept through to value assurance to full-scale transformations. Recent projects include designing digital transformations for industrial and automotive companies and managing a product cost-reduction program for a leading European OEM.
